What is PicoSure laser?
PicoSure is the world’s first picosecond laser for many aesthetic treatments. PicoSure works by using 550-750 picosecond pulse durations of laser to deliver ultra-short bursts of energy to skin targets with minimal injury to the surrounding skin. PicoSure also has a patented, proprietary FOCUSTM Lens Array for skin rejuvenation and PicoToningTM , with minimal discomfort.
What are some skin conditions that can be treated by PicoSure laser?
Some common conditions that can be treated with PicoSure include solar lentigines, freckles, Hori’s naevi and Naevus of Ota. PicoSure is the best laser for tattoos, effectively removing black, green and blue tattoos.
Is PicoSure treatment painful?
Picosure is not painful. There may be slight temporary discomfort. A topical anaesthetic cream can be applied prior to laser treatment to minimise discomfort.
